Winfield Township has four trustees whom comprise the legislative branch of the township. With the supervisor, they have voting rights over establishing township policies outside the jurisdiction of the assessor and highway commissioner.
Fred is a 30 year resident of Winfield Township and is an Air Force Veteran. He and his wife, Maryann, have two sons and a daughter. Fred is very active in the village of Winfield where he served seven years on School District Board #34, two years as a Village Trustee, and four years as Chairman and Commissioner of the Winfield Fire District. Besides being a Winfield Township Trustee since 2001, he is currently the Treasurer for the West Chicago Mosquito Abatement District.

Fran has lived in Winfield Township most of his life. He and his wife, Lynne, live in Winfield and have two daughters. He is a state certified real estate appraiser. Fran also held a position on the DuPage County Board of Tax Review where he helped make decisions on real estate assessments. Fran and Lynne currently have a family-owned real estate appraisal firm. Fran has been a Winfield Township Trustee since 1989.

Jerry is a life-long Winfield Township resident. He and his wife, Cynthia, raised three daughters. Jerry served with the U.S. Air Force. Upon his discharge, Jerry began a long successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been active in a variety of local groups, serving 13 years as a Warrenville girls softball coach. Jerry has been a Winfield Township Trustee since 1993.
Mary Ann is a 12-year resident of Winfield Township. Mary Ann is a real estate broker. Mary Ann is also a board member of the West Chicago Mosquito Abatement District. She is the current president of the West Chicago Rotary Club, a director of the West Chicago Chamber of Commerce, member of the Winfield Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the West Chicago Lions Club. Mary Ann has been a member of the High Lake Homeowner's Association Executive Board since 1997.
