RETURNING VETERANS EXEMPTION
Any Veteran returning from active duty in an armed conflict involving the Armed Forces of the United States is able to receive a 5,000 reduction in assessment for only the year in which the veteran returns. The property must be the Veteran’s primary resident and they must be owner of record.
